Order
You can order in 2 ways: either directly through our online shop and settling the invoice via Paypal or through an email to luckyclubteam@yahoo.de if you wish to pay by transferring the amount to our bank account. We are going to inform you about the cost and as soon as the money appears in our bank account we are going to send you your order.
Delivery Information
We deliver via ELTA (Greek Post) and the customer pays the delivery costs which are automatically calculated according to the weight of the order. We deliver on the next working day from the order date (Working Days: Monday-Friday) and from then on ELTA (Greek Post) is responsible for the final delivery.
Payment
We have chosen for you the most secure way of payment through Paypal, which guarantees the money to the customer. If you do not possess a credit card and you prefer to transfer the money to our bank account please contact us via email.
Returns
Returns of a part or whole order are acceptable when you send us an email within 5 days from the date of the post office stamps. The products should be in their initial condition and packaging. As soon as we get them back, they are checked and the amount is returned to the customer. The customer pays the costs of the return.
Registration
We are not able to cross check your personal data so when we receive orders we deem that you are over 18 years old and capable to place an online order. We will never give to other companies the personal data of our members without their permission.
Prices
The company Lucky Club is not obligated to reserve the prices. Lucky Club can make changes whenever without prior notice.
